Viewing clearance request

This page allows you to view the details of a clearance request that is already defined. Tell me more.

Select the “View Clearance Request” link from the top of the “Select Clearance Request” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked clearance request from the multiline of the same page.

The “View Clearance Request” page appears.

Enter the following field if you wish to view a clearance request other than the clearance request selected in the previous page:

Clearance Request	The clearance request that must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).
	Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the clearance request.

The system displays the following fields:

Date	The date on which the clearance request was created.
Status	The status of the clearance request, which can be “Fresh”, “Approved”, “Canceled”, “Rejected” or “Closed”.
Reason	The reason for which the request was raised.
Clearance Req From	The starting date from which clearance is required for carrying out maintenance on the equipment or location.
	The time from which clearance is required.
Clearance Req To	The date till which clearance is required for carrying out maintenance on the equipment or location.
	The time till which clearance is required.
Permit Type	The type of the permit.
Category	The category of the clearance request.
User Defined 1	Information defined by the user.
User Defined 2	Information defined by the user.

The system displays the following fields in the “Raised By” group box:

Employee	The employee ID of the employee who has raised the clearance request.
Contractor	The ID of the contractor who has raised the clearance request.

The system displays the following fields in the “Permit Holder” group box:

Employee	The employee ID of the employee who is responsible for holding the permit.
Contractor	The ID of the contractor who is responsible for holding the permit.

The system displays the following fields in the “WO/IO/CO” multiline:

Type	The type of the document based on which clearance request is raised.
WO / IO / CO No.	The work order, inspection order or calibration order based on which the clearance request is raised.
Desc.	The description of the work order, calibration or inspection order.
Remarks	Any additional information about the clearance request being raised

The system displays the following fields in the “Eqp./Loc.” multiline:

Request On	Indicates whether the clearance request is raised on equipment or location. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The code of the equipment or location for which the clearance request is raised.
Desc.	The description of the equipment or location.
Remarks	Any additional information about the clearance request

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the clearance request.
Created Date	The date and time at which the clearance request is created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the clearance request.
Last Modified Date	The date and time at which the clearance request is last modified.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “Where Used Clearance Request” link from the bottom of the page to view the details of the clearance permits that are raised based on the reference document type.
Select the “View Referred Equipment/Locations” link at the bottom of the page to view the equipment or location on which clearance permit is raised based on the reference document type.

Viewing clearance request – An overview

This page allows you to view the details of a clearance request that is already defined. You can view the details of a clearance request that is selected from the previous page. You can also view the details of a clearance request that is entered in this page. You can view the following details of the clearance request:

The reason for which the clearance request is raised.
The status of the clearance request.
The period for which the clearance is required for carrying out maintenance activities on the equipment or location.
The type of the permit that will be created from the request.
The category to which the clearance request belongs.
The login ID of the employee or contractor who has raised the clearance request.
The login ID of the employee or contractor who is responsible for holding the clearance permit.
The work order, calibration order or inspection order based on which the clearance request is raised.
The maintainable object based on which the clearance request is raised.
Any additional information about the clearance request.

The login ID of the user who created or modified the clearance request along with the date and time of creation and modification.
