This page allows you to create user-defined activities that must be performed on the equipment or location before clearance permit can be issued on it. Tell me more.
Select the “Create Activity” under the “EAM Clearance Permit System” business component.
The “Create Activity” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Activities” multiline:

Activity |
The activity that must be performed on equipment before clearance permit can be issued on it (Alphanumeric, 30) Mandatory. Ensure that the activity is unique to the multiline. |

Description |
The description of the activity (Alphanumeric, 150). |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to set the status of the activity. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. Set the status as “Inactive” if you do not wish to refer to this activity in other related activities. If you leave the field blank, the system sets this field as “Active”. |

Remarks |
Any additional information about the activity (Alphanumeric, 255). |
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Created By |
The ID of the logged-on user who created the activity. |

Created Date |
The date on which the activity was created. |
|
Created Time |
The time at which the activity was created. |
Click the “Create” pushbutton to create the activities.
