This page allows you to select the calibration schedule to be edited. Tell me more.
Select the “Edit Calibration Schedule” link from the left pane.
The “Select Calibration Schedule” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box if you are aware of the calibration schedule to be edited:

Click the “Edit Calibration Schedule” link provided alongside, to edit the calibration schedule.
To search for a calibration schedule
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a calibration schedule. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Calib. Sch. No. |
The calibration schedule to be edited (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the calibration schedule number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all calibration schedules similar to the calibration schedule entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the calibration schedule (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all calibration schedules whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve calibration schedules based on the status. The system displays “Active” or “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve calibration schedules irrespective of the status. The system displays “Active”, by default. |

Eqp. |
The equipment for which calibration schedule has been raised (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all calibration schedules that have been raised on equipment whose codes are similar to the code entered here. |

Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the calibration (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all calibration schedules, which must be carried out by work groups similar to the work group entered here. |

Calib. Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the calibration for which you wish to retrieve the details. The system fills in all calibration types that have been defined in the “Define Calibration Types” activity and are in the “Active” and “Inactive” statuses. Leave the filed blank to retrieve calibration schedules irrespective of the type. |

Task/Proc. |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the task or procedure, which must be performed as a part of the calibration. The system provides the options: “Task” and “SP”. Leave the field blank to retrieve calibration schedules on which tasks and procedures must be performed. The system displays leaves the field blank, by default. |

Code |
The task or procedure, which must be performed as a part of the calibration (Alphanumeric, 30). If you have specified “Task” in the “Task/SP” drop-down list box, ensure that you enter a task in this field. If you have specified “SP” in the drop-down list box, ensure that you enter a procedure in this field. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Selecting calibration schedule for editing – An overview
This page allows you to select the calibration schedule to be edited. You can enter the calibration schedule directly, or you can carry out a search based on the following fields:
The calibration, its description and status
The equipment on which the calibration is carried out
The task or procedure that must be performed as a part of the calibration
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the calibration
Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the calibration schedules from which you can select the schedule for editing.
