This page allows you to select a calibration order for viewing. Tell me more.

The “View Calibration Order” page appears.

Calib. Order

The calibration order to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18).

To search for the calibration order

Calib. Order

The calibration order to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter all or part of the calibration order number. The system retrieves all calibration orders similar to the calibration order entered in this field.

Desc.

The description of the calibration order (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter all or part of the description. The system retrieves all calibration orders whose description is similar to the description entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve calibration orders based on the status. The system provides the options “Fresh”, “Cancel” and “Close”. Leave the field blank to retrieve calibration orders irrespective of the status. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Equipment

The equipment on which the calibration is done (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the identifier of the equipment on which the calibration order was raised, in full or specify it partially.. The system retrieves all calibration orders, which were raised on the equipment similar to the equipment entered here.

Priority

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve calibration orders based on priority. The system lists all priorities that are defined in the “Define Priority” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component and which are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve calibration orders irrespective of their priority. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Calib. Type

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve calibration orders based on the calibration type. The system lists all the calibration types that are defined in the “Define Calibration Types” activity and which are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve calibration orders irrespective of their types. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Task/Proc.

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve calibration orders  based on the tasks or standard procedures attached to them. The system displays the following options:

 
  • Task – Select this option if you wish to retrieve calibration orders  based on tasks.

 
  • SP – Select this option if you wish to retrieve calibration orders based on standard procedures.

 

Leave the field blank to retrieve calibration orders to which both task and standard procedures are attached. The system displays “SP”, by default.

Code

The task or procedure which must be performed for executing the calibration order (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter either the task or standard procedure code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all calibration orders to which the specified task  or standard procedure  is attached.

Calib.Sch.No

The calibration schedule number based on which the calibration order was generated (Alphanumeric, 18).

From

The date starting from which calibration orders have been raised (Date Format).

To

The date till which calibration orders have been raised (Date Format).

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Calib. Order

The calibration order retrieved by the system.

Desc.

The description of the calibration order.

Status

The status of the calibration order.

Eqp.

The equipment on which calibration is done.

Priority

The level of importance assigned to the calibration order.

Calib. Type

The type of the calibration order.

Task / Proc.

Indicates whether a task or procedure is attached to the calibration order.

Code

The code identifying the task or procedure that is attached to the calibration order.

Calib. Date

The date on which the calibration is done on the equipment.

Calib. Sch. No

Selecting calibration order for viewing – An overview

This page allows you to select a calibration order for viewing. You can enter the calibration order directly or search for a calibration order based on the following criteria:

The system retrieves the calibration orders that are in the “Fresh” status, based on the search criteria entered. You can then select the calibration order for viewing.
