Create Ganged Group – A summary of the activity

A ganged group consists of a set of equipment that function together in such a manner that, when single equipment in the group does not function, none of the other equipment in the group can be operational. This information is used by the system to enable opportunity maintenance in the event of equipment breakdown.

You can enter a unique identifier for the ganged group and provide a description and status for it. The equipment belonging to the ganged group can be entered in the multiline. The system sets the created date and time to the system date and time and also stores the name of the currently logged in user.
