Equipment Spare Parts Help

In this screen, you can select the spare parts of the equipment by carrying out a search based on filter criteria by keying in the equipment name. The system retrieves the equipment spare parts based on the search criteria and displays the results in the multiline.

Click on the link “Equipment Spare Parts”:

The “Equipment Spare Parts Help” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Eqp.

Enter the equipment.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered.

Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system retrieves all the particular equipment’s spare parts.

Item	Displays the item name.
Variant	Displays the variant name.
Desc.	Displays the description of the item.
Quantity	Displays the quantity.
Part Number	Displays the part number.
Remarks	Displays the remarks.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the equipment spare parts.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton to transfer the selected details to the main screen.
