In this page, you can select the user-defined group to be modified and view its details before modification. Tell me more.

User Defined Group

The user defined group for which the details must be modified (Alphanumeric, 30).

To search for a user defined group

User Defined Group

The user-defined group to be modified (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the user-defined group in full or enter it partially. The system retrieves all the user-defined groups with values similar to the value entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all user-defined groups.

Desc.

The textual description of the user-defined group (Alphanumeric, 80) You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the user-defined groups with descriptions similar to the description entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the user-defined group to be modified. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all user-defined groups irrespective of their status. The system sets the field to “Active” by default.

Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system will list all the user-defined groups that are defined.

The system fills in the following fields in the multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

User Defined Group

The user-defined group retrieved by the system.

Desc.

The textual description of the user-defined group.

Status

If you know the exact user-defined group to be modified, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the user-defined group, description and status. Details such as the user-defined group, its description, and status are displayed, along with the name of the user who created or modified the user-defined group and the date and time at which the details were created and modified.
