Select the “View Specification Template” from the “Select Specification Template” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked classification in the multiline of the same page.
The “View Specification Template” page appears.
Enter the following fields if you wish to view a classification other than the classification selected in the previous page:

Classification |
The classification to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the description of the classification alongside. |

Sub-Classification |
The sub-classification of the classification (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the “Classifcation – Sub-Classification” combination for viewing. The system also retrieves the description of the sub-classification alongside. |

Status |
The status of the specification template, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Specification Template |
Any additional information about the template that is defined. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Parameter” multiline:

Parameter |
The parameter attached to the classification being defined. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the parameter. |
|
Type |
The type of the parameter, which could be "Attribute", "Consumption", "Range" or "Technical". |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the parameter. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Task/Proc. Categories” multiline:

Task/Proc. |
Indicates whether a task or procedure is attached to the classification. The system displays either “Task” or “SP”. |

Category Code |
The task or procedure that is attached to the classification. |
|
Desc. |
The description of the task or procedure. |
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the classification. |
|
Created Date |
The date and time on which the classification is created. |

Last Modified By |
In this activity, this field contains the login ID of the user who created the classification. |

Last Modified Date |
In this activity, this field contains the date and time on which the classification is created. |

You can view the details of a classification – sub-classification combination that is selected in the previous page. You can also enter a classification – sub-classification combination in this page and view its details. The system displays the details of the parameters and the task and procedure categories that are attached to the specification template.
