Defining the attribute parameter values – An overview
A parameter that can assume one of the values from a predefined set is termed as an attribute parameter. For example, if the color of the engine oil is treated as an attribute parameter, its values can be clear, brown and black.
If you have selected a parameter in the previous page, you can directly define new values or modify the existing values of the selected parameter. You can also select a parameter other than the parameter selected in the main page, for which values have to be defined. If you know the exact parameter you can also enter it directly.
If you have already defined the values for the parameter, then the system displays the details such as the parameter value, remark and status in the multiline. You can modify these details and also define new values for the parameter by entering the details in the multiline. ![]()
