Select the “Calibration Details” link at the bottom of the “View Equipment” page.
The “Calibration Details” page appears.
If you wish to view calibration details for an equipment other than the equipment selected in the main page, enter the following field:

The equipment for which you wish to view calibration details (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the calibration details of the equipment. The description of the equipment is displayed alongside. |

Type |
The type of the equipment, which can be “Normal”, “Rotable” or “Tool”. |

Mfg. Sr. No. |
The serial number of the manufacturer of the equipment. |

Calib. Valid From |
The date from which calibration is valid. |

Calib. Valid Till |
The date till which calibration is valid. |
The system displays the following details in the “Calib. Information” multiline:

Parameter |
The parameter for which the equipment must be checked for calibration. |
|
Type |
The type of the parameter, which can be “Attribute”, “Consumption” or “Range”. |
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement of consumption or range parameter. |
|
Set Point |
The value of the parameter at which the calibration must be done on the equipment. |
|
UL Of Tolerance |
The upper limit value of tolerance that can be allowed for the equipment for which calibration is done. |

LL Of Tolerance |
The lower limit of tolerance that can be allowed for the equipment for which calibration is done |

Master Instrument Type |
The type of the master equipment, which is used for calibration. The system displays any one of the following: |

Master Instrument |
The equipment to be used as the master equipment for calibration. |

Remarks |
Any additional information regarding the calibration of the equipment. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the equipment. |

Created Date |
The date and time on which the equipment was created. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the equipment. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time on which the equipment was last modified. |
Viewing the calibration details of the equipment – An overview
You can view the calibration details defined for the equipment entered in the previous page. You can also enter the equipment in this page and view its calibration details. The system displays the following details:
the parameters for which the equipment is measured for calibration
the type and unit of measurment of the parameter
the parameter value, at which the equipment is measured
The validity period of the calibration done on the equipment
the master equipment compared to which the equipment is being calibrated
The range of tolerance of the measurement that is allowed for the parameter.
