View Equipment – A summary of the activity

The “View Equipment” activity allows you to view details of equipment that is already defined. The ”Select Equipment” page allows you to specify the search criteria and select the equipment to be viewed. The “View Equipment” page allows you to view the details of the selected equipment.

You can view the trouble shooting guides attached to the equipment in the “Equipment TSG” page. A trouble shooting guide consists of a list of standard problems that are commonly reported in the equipment and the corrective action that should be taken for solving such problems.

You can view the placeholders that have been defined for the equipment in the “Equipment PlaceHolder Details” page. A placeholder refers to a specific area or location on the equipment, which can serve as a “seat” for the rotable equipment.

You can view the parameters attached to the equipment in the “Equipment Parameter” page, and the values of the attribute parameters in the “Attribute Parameter Values” page. The inspection points that are defined for the parameters of the equipment can be viewed in the “Equipment Inspection Points” page. You can view the relationship that is defined for the equipment parameters in the “View Parameter Relationship” page.

You can view the spare structure that is attached to the equipment in the “Spare Structure” page and the spare parts that are attached to the equipment in the “Spare Parts” page.

You can view the task and procedure categories that are attached to the equipment in the “Equipment Task/SP” page and the off-line details of the equipment in the “Equipment Off-Line” page.

You can use the “Also Down Equipment” page to view the equipment dependency relationship and the “Additional Equipment Details” page to view any other additional information entered for the equipment.

You can view the calibration details of the equipment in the “Calibration Details” page.

You can view the equipment movement history in the “Movement History” page and the placeholder history in the “PlaceHolder History” page. You can also view the equipment hierarchy in the “Equipment Hierarchy” page.
