The “Also Down Equipment” page appears.

Eqp.

The equipment for which you wish to view the dependent equipment (Alphanumeric, 30). The description of the equipment is displayed alongside, on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton.

The system displays the details of the dependent equipment in the “Also Down Eqp.” multiline:

Eqp.

The equipment dependent on the equipment specified in the “Equipment” field in the header.

Desc.

The description of the dependent equipment.

Remarks

Any additional information about the equipment dependency relationship.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The log – in ID of the user who created the equipment.

Created Date

The date and time on which the equipment was created.

Last Modified By

The log – in ID of the user who last modified the equipment.

Last Modified Date

Viewing the equipment dependency relationship details – An overview

View Equipment - A summary of the activity

An "Also Down" dependency can occur when a set of equipment function in a definite sequence, and the breakdown of an individual equipment in the sequence results in the shutdown of all the other equipment either preceding or following the equipment that has failed. The dependent equipment is defined as the “also down” equipment to the main equipment.

You can view the dependent equipment for the equipment selected in the main page. You can also directly enter equipment other than the equipment selected in the main page, and view the equipment dependent on it. You can view the dependent equipment description and any other additional information referring to the equipment dependency relationship.
