Viewing equipment movement history

This page allows you to view the movement details of equipment. Tell me more.

Select the “Movement History” link at the bottom of the “View Equipment” page.

The “Movement History” page appears.

Enter the following field, if you wish to view the movement history of the equipment other than the equipment selected in the previous page:

Eqp.	The equipment whose movement history you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 30).
	Press <Enter>. The system fills in the “Type” field. The description of the equipment is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available.
Type	The type of the equipment, which can be “Normal”, “Rotable” or “Tool”.

Enter the following fields in the “Date” field, to retrieve the equipment movement history during a specified period:

From	The date starting from which you wish to retrieve the equipment movement history (Date Format).
To	The date till which you wish to retrieve the equipment history (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered here is later than the date entered in the “From” field.

Click the “Show Movement History” pushbutton.

The system retrieves in the “Movement History” multiline, the details of equipment movement history during the specified period.

Move Date	The date on which the equipment was moved.
Move Time	The time from which the equipment was moved.
From Location	The location from which the equipment was moved.
To Location	The location to which the equipment was moved.
From Parent / Placeholder	The parent equipment from which the equipment was moved. The system displays the placeholder, if the equipment is of type “Rotable”.
To Parent / Placeholder	The parent or the placeholder to which the equipment is moved.
From Condition	The condition of the equipment when it was moved.
Out Condition	The condition of the equipment after is movement.
WO No.	The work order by which the equipment was moved.
Remarks	Any additional information about the equipment movement.
Transaction No.	The number of the transaction by which the equipment was moved.
Date	The date on which the equipment movement was recorded.
Desc.	The description of the transaction by which the equipment was moved.

Viewing equipment movement history – An overview

You can view the equipment movement history of the equipment selected in the previous page. You can also enter the equipment in this page and view its movement. You can specify a period and view the details of equipment movement during the specified period.

The system displays the following details of the movement:

The date and time on which the equipment was moved.
The location from which the equipment was moved.
The location to which the equipment was moved.
The parent equipment from which the equipment was moved.
The parent equipment to which the equipment was moved.
the condition of the equipment before it was moved
the condition of the equipment after it was moved.
The transaction based on which the equipment was moved.
Any additional infprmation regarding the equipment movement.
