Viewing off-line details of the equipment

This page allows you to view off-line periods for the equipment. Tell me more.

Select the “Equipment Off-Line” link from the bottom of the “View Equipment” page.

The “Equipment OffLine” page appears.

Enter the following filed if you wish to view the offline period for an equipment other than the equipment entered in the previous page:

Eqp.	The equipment for which offline period must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).
	Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the offline period that is already defined for the equipment in the multiline. The description of the equipment is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available

The system displays the following fields:

PM Off-Line	A checked box indicates that preventive maintenance need not be carried out on the equipment during the off – line period.
Inspection Off-Line	A checked box indicates that inspection need not be carried out on the equipment during the off – line period.
Calib. Off-Line	A checked box indicates that calibration need not be carried out on the equipment during the off – line period.
All	A checked box indicates that preventive maintenance, inspection and calibration need not be performed on the equipment during the off – line period.

The system displays the following fields in the “Off-Line” multiline:

From Date	The starting date from which maintenance need not be performed on the equipment.
To Date	The date till which maintenance need not be carried out on the equipment.
Annual Recurring	Indicates whether the maintenance need not be performed during the specific period only for the current year or for all the subsequent years. The system displays either “Yes” and “No”.
Remarks	Any additional information about the off-line period.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The log – in ID of the user who created the equipment.
Created Date	The date and time on which the equipment was created.
Last Modified By	The log – in ID of the user who last modified the equipment.
Last Modified Date	The date and time on which the equipment was last modified.

Viewing off-line details of the equipment – An overview

Off-line period refers to the period for which maintenance activities like preventive maintenance, inspection and calibration need not be performed on the equipment.

You can view the off-line periods for an equipment that is selected in the previous page. You can also enter an equipment directly in this page and view the off-line periods defined for it.
