This page allows you to view the details of rotables that are attached to equipment placeholders. Tell me more.
Select the “Place Holder History” link at the bottom of the “View Equipment” page.
The “Place Holder History” page appears.
Enter the following field, if you wish to view the placeholder history of the equipment other than the equipment selected in the previous page:

The equipment whose placeholder history you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The system fills in the “PlaceHolder” field with all the placeholders attached to it. The description of the equipment is displayed alongside. |

Use the drop-down list box to select the placeholder for which history must be viewed. The system lists all the placeholders that are attached to the equipment. |

Enter the following fields in the “Date” field, to retrieve the rotables attached to the placeholder during a specified period:

From |
The date starting from which you wish to retrieve the rotables that are attached to the placeholder (Date Format). |

To |
The date till which you wish to retrieve the rotables that are attached to the placeholder (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered here is later than the date entered in the “From” field. |
Click the “Show Rotable History” pushbutton.
The system retrieves in the “Rotable History” multiline, the details of rotables that are attached to the placeholder during the specified period.

The date from which the rotable is attached. |

From Time |
The time from which the rotable is attached. |

To Date |
The date till which the rotable is attached. |

To Time |
The time till which the rotable is attached. |

In Condition |
The condition of the rotable when it was attached to the placeholder. |

Out Condition |
The condition of the rotable when it was released from the placeholder. |
Click the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page.
Viewing placeholder history – An overview
You can view the placeholder history of the equipment selected in the previous page. You can also enter the equipment in this page and view its placeholder history. The system retrieves all the placeholders that are attached to the equipment. You can specify a period and view the details of rotables that are attached to the placeholder during the specified period.
The system displays the following details of the rotables:
the period for which the rotable is attached to the placeholder
the condition of the rotable when it was attached to the placeholder
the condition of the rotable when it was released from the placeholder.
