In this page, you can view the spare parts that are already defined for the equipment. Tell me more.
Select the “Spare Parts” link from the bottom of the “View Equipment” page.
The “Spare Parts” page appears.
Enter the following field if you wish to view spare parts to an equipment other than the equipment selected in the main page:

The equipment for which you wish to view the spare parts (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The system displays the description of the equipment alongside. |

The spare part that is attached to the equipment |

Variant |
The variant of the spare part. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the spare part. |

Qty. |
The number of spare parts required for the completion of the maintenance task on the equipment |

Part Number |
The reference number of the item which is similar to the item and variant mentioned with respect to features, characteristics or functionality. |

Remarks |
Any additional information about the spare part for the equipment (Alphanumeric, 150). |
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The log – in ID of the user who created the equipment. |

Created Date |
The date and time on which the equipment was created. |

Last Modified By |
The log – in ID of the user who last modified the equipment. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time on which the equipment was last modified. |
Click the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page.
Viewing spare parts defined for the equipment – An overview
You can view the spare parts that are defined for the equipment that is selected in the main page. You can also enter an equipment in this page and view its spare parts. The details of the spare part such as its item number, variant, description, quantity required, its part number and any other additional information about the spare part are displayed.
