Press <Enter>. The description of the equipment is displayed alongside.

Failure Group

The failure group to which the equipment belongs.

The system displays the following fields in the “Eqp. Specific TSG” multiline:

The trouble shooting guide attached to the equipment.

Desc.

The description of the trouble shooting guide.

Any additional information about the trouble shooting guide attached to the equipment

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The log – in ID of the user who created the equipment.

Created Date

The date and time on which the equipment was created.

Last Modified By

The log – in ID of the user who last modified the equipment.

Last Modified Date

Viewing trouble shooting guides attached to the equipment – An overview

View Equipment - A summary of the activity

A trouble shooting guide (TSG) consists of a list of standard problems that are commonly reported in the equipment and the corrective action to be taken for solving such problems. Whenever a problem or failure is reported in the equipment, you can identify the corrective action to be taken, by referring to the trouble shooting guide attached to the equipment.

In this page, you can view the trouble shooting guides attached to the equipment selected in the main page. You can also directly enter equipment other than the equipment selected in the main page, and view the trouble shooting guides attached to it. Details such as the trouble shooting guide description and remarks are displayed.
