This page allows you to view the task history of an equipment or location. Tell me more

The “Task History” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Eqp. / Loc.

Indicates whether the task history is retrieved for an “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location code for which the task history is displayed.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available.

When this page is launched, in the “Tasks” multiline, the system retrieves all the tasks performed on the equipment or location as a part of work orders, inspection orders and calibration orders raised for the specified period.

Work Group

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the tasks performed by a specific work group. When this page is launched for the first time, the system fills this field with all the work groups responsible for carrying out the tasks in the multiline. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Task Type

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the tasks belonging to a specific task type. When this page is launched for the first time, the system fills this field with all the types of the tasks retrieved in the multiline. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Task Category

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the tasks belonging to a specific task category. When this page is launched for the first time, the system fills this field with all the categories of the tasks retrieved in the multiline. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Include WO

Check this box to retrieve all the tasks performed as a part of the work orders raised for the equipment or location.

Include IO Orders

Check this box to retrieve all the tasks performed as a part of the inspection orders raised for the equipment.

Include Calib. Orders

Check this box to retrieve all the tasks performed as a part of the calibration orders raised for the equipment.

The system displays the following fields:

From Date

The date from which the tasks performed on the equipment or location are retrieved.

To Date

The date till which the tasks performed on the equipment or location are retrieved.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Tasks” multiline:

Task

The task performed on the equipment as a part of a work order, calibration order, or inspection order, or the task performed on a location as a part of a work order.

Desc.

The description of the task.

Type

The type of the task.

Category

The category to which the task belongs.

No. Of Occurrences

The number of times the task was performed on the equipment or location within the specific period.

Equipment and Location History - A summary of the activity

This page enables you to view the list of tasks that were performed as a part of maintenance on the equipment or location. On launch of this page, the system retrieves all the tasks that have been performed as a part of all the maintenance activities carried out the equipment or location.

4 For an equipment, all the tasks performed as a part of calibration orders, work orders and inspection orders closed during the period specified in the “Maintenance Expenses” page, are retrieved. 

4 For a location, all the tasks performed as a part of the work orders closed during the specified period are retrieved.

You can selectively view the tasks performed as a part of the work orders, calibration orders and inspection orders raised on the equipment.

You can also retrieve the tasks based on its type and category, or based on the work group responsible for the tasks.
