Using online help

This page enables you to retrieve a monthly wise cost incurred on various resources for the equipment or location.

The system displays the following details in the multiline:

Month

The month for which the maintenance cost details are displayed.

Note: The system displays the details of the maintenance cost proportionately for the first and the last month entered in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields in the “Search Criteria” group box. For example, if you have entered the “From Date” as “15-Jan-2003” and “To Date” as “15-Mar-2003”, the system displays the cost details only for 15 days for the months of January and March.

Eqp. / Loc.

The equipment or location, for which the maintenance costs are displayed.

Code

The equipment or location code.

Desc.

The description of the equipment or location.

Total Cost

The total cost incurred on maintenance activities on the equipment or location.

Services Cost

The service cost incurred on the equipment or location.

Other Resources Cost

The cost incurred on other resources for the equipment or location.

Tools Cost

The cost incurred on tools for the equipment or location.

Labor Cost

The cost incurred on labor for the equipment or location.

Miscellaneous Cost

The cost incurred on miscellaneous expenses on the equipment or location.

Parts Cost

The cost incurred for spare parts for carrying out maintenance activities on the equipment or location.
