History Folders – A summary of the activity

This activity enables you to view the maintenance history of the equipment or location.
The following information is displayed:
The “Maintenance Summary Information” page provides a brief summary on the resource hours availed for the equipment or location, the costs incurred on the resources and the production down hours.
The “Maintenance History Folders” page displays a monthly break-up of the maintenance costs incurred on the equipment or location, details of the spare parts and labor utilized, work groups that are responsible for carrying out the maintenance activities and the down hours along with the total number of work orders raised.
You can use the “Set Filters” page to set the filter criteria for retrieving selective information in the “Maintenance History Folders” page.
