Help On priority
In this screen, you can select the priority by carrying out a search based on filter criteria such as the priority code, description and status. The system retrieves the priority based on the search criteria and displays the results in the multiline.
Click on the lens icon positioned next to the “TaskPriority” group box:
The “Help On Priority” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Priority Code |
Enter the code identifying the priority. |

Desc. |
Enter the description for the priority code. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list to select the status. Possible selections are “Active”, “Inactive”. Select blank if you want to retrieve both active and inactive status records. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered.
Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system retrieves all the priorities in the multiline.

Displays the priority code. |

Displays the description of the priority code. |

Seq. No. |
Displays the sequence number. |

Status |
Displays the status. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the priority.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton to transfer the selected details to the main screen.
