In this page, you can carry out a search based on the system, its description, the apex location and the status. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the details of the systems in the multiline. Details such as the system, its description, its apex location, status and the remarks are displayed.
Select the “View Systems” link under the “EAM Maintenance Organization” business component.
The “Select System” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box to if you know the system which you wish to view:

System |
The system, which you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Select the “View System” link provided alongside to view its details.
To search for a system
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a system:

System |
The system to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the system in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all systems similar to the code entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the system (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all systems with description similar to the description entered here. |

Apex Loc. |
The apex location of the system (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the apex location in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all systems for which the apex locations are similar to the value entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the system to be viewed. The system provides the options, “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all systems irrespective of their status. The system sets this field to “Active” by default. |
Note: The system retrieves all the systems if all the fields are left blank.
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the ”Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

The apex location of the system. |

Status |
The status of the system, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Any additional information entered for the system. |

The login ID of the user who last modified the system. |

Last Mod. Date |
The date on which the system was last modified. |
|
Last Mod. Time |
The time at which the location was last modified. |
|
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the system. |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the system was created. |
|
Created Time |
The time at which the system was created. |
