On clicking the "Next"  pushbutton, the drop-down list box is filled in with the locations that are displayed in the multiline. The system alphabetically sorts the locations, sets the first location in the drop-down list box as the default value and retrieves its child locations in the multiline. You can also select a location other than the default location, and retrieve its child locations.

The system displays the following field:

The system retrieves all the child locations that have already been defined for the selected parent location, in the multiline.

The system fills the “Parent Location” drop-down list box with all the locations defined at the next level in the hierarchy. In the example shown in Figure, suppose the “Parent Location” drop-down list box contains “Apex location”, it gets filled in with “Location 1” and “Location 2” as the child locations in the multiline. When you click the "Next" pushbutton the “Parent Location” drop-down list box combo is filled with values “Location1”, and “Location2” in that order.
