In this page you can select the user-defined group of locations for which the details are to be viewed. You can carry out a search based on the user-defined group code, description or status. Based on the search criteria, the system displays the details.
Select the “View User Defined Groups” link under the “EAM Maintenance Organization” business component.
The “Select User Defined Group” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the exact user-defined group to be viewed:

Group Code |
The user-defined group of location for which the details must be modified (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Select the “View User Defined Group“ link provided alongside, to view its details.
To search for a user-defined group
Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for user-defined group. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Group Code |
The user-defined group of locations for which the details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the user-defined group in full or enter it partially. The system retrieves all the user-defined groups that are similar to the value entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all user-defined groups. |

Desc. |
The description of the user-defined group to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the user-defined groups with descriptions similar to the description entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the user-defined group to be viewed. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all user-defined groups irrespective of their status. The system sets the field to “Active” by default. |
Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system lists all the user-defined groups in the multiline.
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the ”Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Group Code |
The user-defined group retrieved by the system. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the user-defined group. |

Status |
The status of the user-defined group, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Click the hyperlinked group code in the multiline, to view its details.
