Select the “Condition Monitoring Folders” link in the “View Summary Information” page.
The “Condition Monitoring Folders” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Eqp. / Loc. |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to view the conditional monitoring information for an equipment or location. The system provides the options “Equipment” or “Location”. The system displays “Equipment” by default. |

Code |
The equipment or location code for which you wish to view the details of conditional monitoring (Alphanumeric, 30) Mandatory. Help facility available. Press <Enter>. |

The system retrieves the description of the equipment or location alongside. Zoom facility available. |

From Date |
The date starting from which you wish to view the details of conditional monitoring (Date Format). |

To Date |
The date till which you wish to view the details of conditional monitoring (Date Format). |

Include Child |
Check this box to retrieve conditional monitoring information for the equipment or location along with its child equipment or locations. Click here for more details. |

Include Eqp. |
Check this box to retrieve conditional monitoring information for the location along with the equipment available in the location. Click here for more details. |
Check any or all of these boxes to selectively retrieve information on conditional monitoring for the equipment or location.

Check this box to retrieve all conditional monitoring information for the equipment or location for the specified period.. |

Check this box to retrieve the details of calibration due on the equipment during the specified period. |

Check this box to retrieve all the abnormal parameter values recorded on the equipment or location during the specified period. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the conditional monitoring information.
Select the “Filter Settings” link if you wish to set the filters for selectively retrieving conditional monitoring information.
Click the “Inspection Orders” tab to view the details of the inspection orders raised on the equipment during the specified period.
Click the “Calibration Orders” tab to view the details of calibration orders raised on the equipment during the specified period.
Click the “Inspection Forecast” tab to view the details of inspection jobs due on the equipment for the specified period.
Click the “Calibration Forecast” tab to view the details of calibration jobs due on the equipment for the specified period.
Click the “Abnormal Parameter Values” tab to view the abnormal parameter values recorded on the equipment or location during the specified period.
Viewing conditional monitoring information for the equipment or location – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of conditional monitoring jobs performed on equipment or location and those that are due on it for a specified period. You can also retrieve the information for an equipment or location along with its child equipment or locations. For a location, you can also view the information for all the equipments belonging to it.
The details are displayed in various tabs, each tab displaying specific conditional monitoring information of an equipment or location.
Following is a brief description of the information displayed:
Inspection Orders – Retrieves information on the inspection orders raised during the specified period.
Calibration Orders – Retrieves information on the calibration orders raised on the equipment during the specified period.
Inspection Forecast Retrieves information on the inspection jobs due on the equipment or location for various schedules during the specified period. You can also select a specific inspection schedule that is due and generate inspection orders for it.
Calibration Forecast Retrieves information on the calibration jobs due on the equipment for various schedules during the specified period. You can also select a specific calibration schedule that is due and generate calibration orders for it.
Abnormal Parameter Values Retrieves the abnormal parameter values recorded on the equipment or location during the specified period, and the work order or work request or alarm description that was triggered based on the trigger definitions set for the parameter values in the “Predictive Maintenance” business component.
You can also view the above information for all the secondary equipment or locations belonging to the equipment or location. You can use the “Set Filters” page for setting filter criteria for retrieving a specific set of information in this page.
