Planning Folders – A summary of the activity
This activity enables you to view the details of the work planned on the equipment or location.
The following information is displayed in the pages within this activity:
The “View Summary Information” page provides a brief summary on the count of work requests, work orders, inspection orders raised on the equipment or location as well as the details of clearance obtained for carrying maintenance activities on it. It also provides the count of total breakdowns and total down hours for the equipment or location for the specified period
The “Work Planning Folders” page provides information on the work planned for the equipment or location for the specified period.
The “Conditional Monitoring Folders” page provides details of the conditional monitoring jobs that are due to be performed on the equipment or location for the specified period.
You can use the “Set Filters” page to set the filter criteria for retrieving selective information in the “Maintenance History Folders” page.
