This page enables you to view the details of work planned on the equipment or location for the specified period. Tell me more

The “Work Planning Folders” page appears.

Eqp / Loc

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to view the work planning information for an equipment or location. The system provides the options “Equipment” or “Location”. The system displays “Equipment” by default.

Code

The equipment or location code for which you wish to view the details of work planning (Alphanumeric, 30). Mandatory.

Help facility available.

Press <Enter>.

 

The system retrieves the description of the equipment or location alongside.

Zoom facility available.

From Date

The date starting from which you wish to view the details of work planning (Date Format).

To Date

The date till which you wish to view the details of work planning (Date Format).

Include Child

Check this box to retrieve work planning information for the equipment or location along with its child equipment or locations.

Check this box to retrieve work planning information for the location along with the equipment available in the location.

Check this box to retrieve all work planning details for the equipment or location.

Get Work Log Details

Check this box to retrieve the work log details of the equipment or location.

Get Pending jobs

Check this box to retrieve the details of the pending jobs on the equipment or location.

Viewing the details of work to be planned on equipment or location – An overview

View Planning Folders - A summary of the activity

The details are displayed in various tabs, each tab displaying details of specific work planned for the equipment or location for the specified period.

Following is a brief description of the details displayed:

PM Forecasts – Retrieves details on the preventive maintenance jobs due to be performed for the equipment or location for the specified period. You can also select a preventive maintenance schedule that is due and generate preventive maintenance work orders for it.

Work Log – Retrieves the observations recorded in work logs. You can also process a work log observation or raise a work order for processing the work log observation.

Work Requests – Retrieves the work requests raised on the equipment or location. You can also approve or reject the work request or move the work request to the pending jobs list or  raise a work order for the work request.

Work Orders – Retrieves the work orders raised on the equipment or location. You can also approve a work order in a “Fresh” status or schedule a work order or record the details of actuals spent for carrying out the work order.

Pending jobs – Retrieves the list of pending jobs that are due to be performed on the equipment or location.

Employee Assignment – Retrieves the details of employees assigned for carrying out maintenance activities on the equipment or location.

Resource Load – Retrieves the loading of resources (skills and employees) assigned for carrying out the work orders raised on the equipment or location.

You can also view the above information for all the secondary equipment or locations belonging to the equipment or location. You can use the “Set Filters” page for setting filter criteria for retrieving a specific set of information in this page.
