Defining fixed schedules – An overview
This page allows you to define fixed schedules for carrying out the preventive maintenance on equipment/location. Fixed schedules are used for carrying out one-time execution of preventive maintenance job on a specific date or parameter value.
Fixed schedules can be of two types:
Calendar-based Schedule
Calendar-based fixed schedules are used for carrying out one-time execution of preventive maintenance on a specific date. Multiple fixed dates can be specified in one preventive maintenance schedule.
Usage-based Schedule
Usage-based fixed schedules are used for carrying out one-time execution of preventive maintenance on a specific parameter value. Multiple values for multiple parameters can be specified in one preventive maintenance schedule.
You can specify the following details for defining a fixed schedule:
If the schedule is a calendar-based schedule, the date on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out and any additional information about the schedule.
If the schedule is a usage-based schedule, the parameter based on which the schedule is due, parameter value at which preventive maintenance must be carried out, the latest date by which the preventive maintenance must be carried out and any other additional information about the schedule.
