Skill Requirement

This activity allows you to review the details of a forecast that is already done. You can select the forecast to be reviewed in the “Select PM Forecast Review” page. You can review the forecast in the “PM Forecast Review” page. You can also view the spare parts that are required to carry out preventive maintenance during the forecast period in the Spare Parts Requirements page.

Select the “Skill Requirement” link at the bottom of the “Generate PM Forecast” page.

The “Skill Requirement” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the header:

Forecast Review No.

The forecast number for which the skill details are viewed.

The system displays the following details in the header:

Desc.	The description of the forecast number. (Display Only)
From Forecast Date	The date range from which the forecast is done.
To Forecast Date	The date range until which the forecast is done.

The system displays the following details in the multiline:

Date	The date on which the skill is mapped to the preventive maintenance.
Skill	The name of the skill.
Desc.	The detailed description of the skill.
Qty. (Nos.)	The number of quantities required for the skill.
Duration (Hrs.)	The total duration of hours the skill is required.
