Other Resources Requirement

This page allows you to view the other resources that are specified in the template. Tell me more.

Select the “Other Resources Requirement” link from the bottom of the “View PM Template” page.

The “Other Resources Requirement” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

PM Template	The preventive maintenance template for which other resource requirements must be viewed.
	The description of the template is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available

The system displays the details of the resources that are assigned for carrying out the preventive maintenance, in the “Other Resources” multiline.

Other Res. Code	The resource required for carrying out the preventive maintenance.
Desc.	The textual description of the resource.
Qty. (Nos.)	The number of resources required for the completion of the task.
Duration (Hrs.)	The total number of hours for which the resource is required.
Rate	The unit rate per hour of the resource.
Est. Cost	The estimated cost of utilizing the skill for carrying out preventive maintenance.
Remarks	Any additional information about specifying the resource for carrying out the preventive maintenance.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The login ID of the user who defined the template.
Created Date	The date and time at which the template was defined.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the template.
Last Modified Date	The date and time at which the template was last modified.

Viewing the other resources that are required for carrying out preventive maintenance that are raised from schedules created from the template – An overview

This page allows you to view the other resources that are specified in the template that are required to carry out the preventive maintenance that are raised based on schedules created from the template. You can view the details of the resources such as the other resource, the number of resources that are required, the number of hours for which the resource is required, the usage type of the resource and any other additional information about the resource being specified for the preventive maintenance schedule.
