View PM Template – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the details of the preventive maintenance template that is already defined. You can select the preventive maintenance template to be viewed in the “Select PM Template” page and view the schedule in the “View PM Template” page.

You can view the interval schedules that are defined for the schedules that will be created from the template in the “Interval Schedules” page and the fixed schedules in the “Fixed Schedules” page. You can view the period for which preventive maintenance need not be carried out every year in the “Off-Season” page.

You can view the resources required for carrying out the preventive maintenance that are raised based on the schedules that are created from the template in the following pages:

• The spare parts required for carrying out the preventive maintenance in the “Spare Parts Requirements” page

• The skills required in the “Skill Requirement” page

• The other resources required in the “Other Resources Requirement” page

• The tools required in the “Tool Requirement” page
