This page allows you to view the period that is defined in the template, for which preventive maintenance need not be carried out on equipment or location. Tell me more.
Select the “Off-Season” link from the bottom of the “View PM Template” page.
The “Off-Season” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

From Date |
The starting date from which preventive maintenance need not carried out on the equipment/location. |
To Date |
The date till which preventive maintenance need not be carried out on the equipment/location. |
Annual Recurring |
Indicates whether preventive maintenance need not be carried out between the dates specified in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields for every year or only for the current year. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”. |
Remarks |
Any additional information about the period that is defined as off-seasonal. |

The login ID of the user who defined the template. |
Created Date |
The date and time at which the template was defined. |
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the template. |
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the template was last modified. |
This page allows you to view the period that is defined in the template, for which preventive maintenance need not be carried out on equipment or location. This period is otherwise referred to as “Off-Seasonal” period. You can view the off-seasonal period, such as the start and the end dates of the off-season, whether the off-seasonal period is applicable only to the current or every year and any additional information about specifying the period as off-seasonal.
