This activity allows you to Invoice the Service Level Agreement (SLA) based on the usage parameter and skills. Reported parameter / skill can be consolidated for a specific date range to generate service work order for subsequent invoicing. Parameter value in case of parameter reporting or reported duration in case of skill reporting can be recorded by choosing the mode as ‘Parameter Reporting’ or ‘Skill Reporting’ respectively. Skill reporting can be updated for the SLA of type ‘O&M’. The recorded information can be consolidated by choosing the mode as ‘Consolidate’. A service work order number is generated during consolidation for the particular service level agreement if the service level agreement type is spares; sale order number is generated along with the service work order.
