This page allows you to select the inspection schedule template for generating inspection schedules. Tell me more.

Select the “Generate Inspection Schedules From Template” link under the “Predictive Maintenance” business component.

The “Select Inspection Schedule Template” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box if you are aware of the inspection schedule template from which schedules must be generated:

IS Template

The inspection schedule template from which schedules must be generated (Alphanumeric, 18).

Click the “Add Associated Schedules” link provided alongside, to generate inspection schedules from the template.

To search for an inspection schedule template

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

IS Template	The inspection schedule template from which schedules must be generated (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the inspection schedule template in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all inspection schedule templates similar to the inspection schedule template entered here.
Desc.	The description of the inspection schedule template (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all inspection schedules whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection schedule templates based on the status. The system displays “Active” or “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection schedule templates irrespective of the status. The system displays “Active”, by default.
Work Group	The work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all inspection schedules, for which work groups similar to the work group entered here must carry out inspection.
Priority	Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection schedule templates based on the priority assigned. The system fills in this field with all the priorities that have been defined in the “Define Priority” activity in the “Maintenance Organization” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, to retrieve inspection schedule templates irrespective of the priority. The system leaves the field blank, by default.
Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the inspection schedule template for which you wish to retrieve the details. The system fills in all inspection schedule types that have been defined in the “Define Inspection Types” activity of the “Inspection Order” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection schedule templates irrespective of the type.
Category	Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the inspection schedule template for which you wish to retrieve the details. The system fills in all inspection schedule types that have been defined in the “Define Inspection Categories” activity of the “Inspection Order” business component and h are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection schedule templates irrespective of the category.

Click the “Search” pushbutton.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

IS Template	The inspection schedule template retrieved by the system.
Desc.	The description of the inspection schedule template.
Status	The status of the inspection schedule template, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.
Work Group	The work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection.
Type	The type of the inspection schedule template.
Category	The category of the inspection schedule template.
Priority	The priority assigned to the inspection schedule template.
