Selecting equipment or location for viewing predictive triggers

Select Equipment / Location

This page enables you to select the equipment or location for which predictive triggers must be viewed. Tell me more.

Select the “View Predictive Triggers” under the “Predictive Maintenance” business component.

The “Select Equipment / Location” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the equipment for which the predictive triggers must be viewed:

Update On	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to view predictive triggers for equipment or location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location”. The system displays “Equipment”, by default.
Code	The identifier of the equipment or location for which predictive triggers must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).

Click the “View Triggers” link provided alongside, to view predictive triggers for the equipment or location.

To search for equipment or location

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for the equipment or location. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Update On	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to view predictive triggers for equipment or location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location”. The system displays “Equipment” by default.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the equipment or location based on its status. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank, if you wish to retrieve equipment or location irrespective of the status. The system leaves the field blank, by default.
Code	The identifier of the equipment or location for which predictive triggers must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment or location whose codes are similar to the code entered here.
Desc.	The description of the equipment or location (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment and locations whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.
Location	The location of the equipment (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment whose locations are similar to the location entered here.
Classification	The classification which is attached to the equipment or location (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the classification in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment or locations that belong to this classification.
Parameter	The parameter of the equipment or location for which you wish to view predictive triggers (Alphanumeric, 30). The system retrieves all the equipment or locations to which similar parameters are attached.

Click the “Search” pushbutton, to search for the equipment or location.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Code	The equipment or location retrieved by the system.
Desc.	The description of the equipment or location.
Status	The status of the equipment or location, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.
Location	The location of the equipment.

Click the hyperlinked equipment or location code to view predictive triggers.

Selecting equipment or location for viewing predictive triggers – An overview

This page enables you to select the equipment or location for which predictive triggers must be viewed. You can enter the equipment or location directly, or you can carry out a search based on the equipment or location, the classification that is attached to the equipment/location and the parameter for which triggers must be viewed. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the equipment/location for which predictive triggers must be viewed.
