This page allows you to select the parameter amendment for viewing its details. Tell me more.
Select the “View Parameter Amendment” link under the “Parameter Log” business component.
The “Select Amendment” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the amendment number for which you wish to view the details:

Amendment No. |
The number identifying the parameter amendment transaction, for which you wish to view the details. |
Select the “View Amendment Details” link provided alongside, to view the amendment details.
To search for an amendment number
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for the amendment number:

Amendment No. |
The number identifying the parameter amendment transaction for which you wish to view the details (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all parameter amendment transactions containing number is similar to the number entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the amendment (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all parameter amendment transactions with description similar to the description entered here. |

Parameter
|
The parameter for which you wish to view the amendment details (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the parameter in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves the amendment done on parameters similar to the parameter entered here. |

Update On |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to view the details of parameter amendment that has been done on equipment or location. Leave the field blank, if you wish to retrieve all parameter amendments that have been done on equipment and location. The system displays “Equipment”, by default. |

Code |
The equipment or location for which you wish to view the parameter amendment (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all parameter amendments done on equipment or location similar to the code entered here. |

Inspection Point |
The inspection point on which the parameter is measured (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the inspection point in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves the amendment details of all parameters that are measured on inspection points similar to the inspection point entered here. |
Enter the following in the “Transaction Date” field, if you wish to retrieve parameter amendments that have been performed during a specified period:

The date starting from which you wish to retrieve the parameter amendments (Date Format). |

To |
The date till which you wish to retrieve the parameter amendments (Date Format). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to search for the parameter amendments.
The system retrieves results of the search criteria in the “Search Results” multiline:

The parameter amendment transaction retrieved by the system. |

The date on which the parameter amendment was done. |

Time |
The time at which the parameter amendment was done. |

Desc. |
The description or the reason for which the parameter was amended. |

The maintainable object for which the parameter value was amended. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”. |

The code of the equipment or location for which the parameter value was amended. |

Parameter |
The parameter for which the value was amended. |

Inspection Point |
The inspection point on which the parameter that was amended was measured. |

Selecting parameter amendment for viewing details – An overview
This page allows you to select the parameter amendment for viewing its details. You can enter the amendment number directly. Otherwise you can carry out a search based on the following fields:
The amendment number and its description
The equipment or location for which the parameter value was amended along with its description
The parameter for which the amendment is done
The inspection point on which the parameter is measured
The period within which the parameter amendment is done
Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the details of the parameter amendments, from which you have to select the amendment for viewing its details.
