This page enables you to select the parameter for viewing its value across equipment or locations. Tell me more.

The “Select Parameter” page appears.

Parameter

The parameter for which the values must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).

To search for the parameter

Parameter

The parameter for which you wish to view the values (Alphanumeric, 30). The system retrieves the all parameters similar to the parameter entered here.

Desc.

The description of the parameter (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all parameters with description similar to the description entered here.

Parameter Type

Use the drop-down list box to search for the parameter based on its type. The system displays “Range”, “Attribute” and “Consumption”. Leave the field blank to retrieve parameters irrespective of the type. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the parameter (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the unit of measurement in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all parameters with unit of measurement similar to the UOM entered here.

Classification

The classification to which the equipment or location belongs (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the classification in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment or location to which similar classifications are attached.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Parameter

The parameter retrieved by the system.

Desc.

The description of the parameter.

Parameter Type

The type of the parameter, which can be “Consumption”, “Range” or “Attribute”.

UOM

Selecting parameter for viewing values – An overview

View Values By Parameter - A summary of the activity

This page enables you to select the parameter for viewing its value across equipment or locations. You can enter the parameter to be viewed directly. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the parameter, its description, the type of the parameter, the unit of measurement of the parameter and classification to which the parameter belongs. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the parameters from which you can select the parameter for which values must be viewed.
