Select the “View Services” link from the bottom of the “View Maintenance Plan” page.
The “View Services” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Plan No. |
The plan for which the service requirements is viewed. |

The description of the plan is displayed alongside. |

Plan Status |
The status of the plan, which can be “Fresh” or “Confirmed”. |
Enter the following field:

Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the equipment or location for which you wish to view the service requirement details. The system lists all the equipment or location that are a part of the plan. Alternatively, you can select “Plan” in the field to indicate that you wish to view the service requirements at the plan level. The system displays “Plan”, by default. |

On selection of an equipment or location in the “Code” field, the system displays the description of the equipment or location alongside. If you have selected “Plan” in the “Code” field, the system displays the description of the plan alongside. |

Maintenance On |
Indicates whether the maintainable object selected in the “Code” field is an “Equipment” or a “Location”. |

Plan Sch. Start Date |
The date on which the plan is scheduled to start. |
|
Est. Duration (Hrs.) |
The estimated duration of the plan in hours. |
|
Plan Sch. End Date |
The date on which the plan is scheduled to be completed. |
|
Plan Type |
The type of the plan. |
|
Plan Category |
The category to which the plan belongs. |
|
Plan Priority |
The priority or level of importance assigned to the plan. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Services” group box:

The line number, indicating the service – variant combination.. |

Service Code |
The service that is required for carrying out the plan |
|
Service Variant |
The variant of the service code. |

Service Desc. |
The description of a non –standard service. |
|
Adhoc Service Class |
The class to which the non –standard service belongs. |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the service. |
|
BOM |
The bill of material, which consists the details of material, that is required for the service. |

Total Est. Qty. |
The estimated quantity of services required for carrying out the preventive maintenance |
|
Already Requested Qty. |
The quantity of the service for which requests have already been created from this plan. |
|
Est. Unit Cost |
The unit rate per hour of the service |
|
Remarks |
Any additional information about specifying the service for carrying out the plan (Alphanumeric, 255). |

Supervisor |
The supervisor who is in charge of supervising the services required for the plan. |
|
Calendar |
The calendar based on which the service is performed. |
|
Duration |
The duration for which the service is required. |
|
Planned Compl. Date |
The date on which the service must be completed. |

WO Generated ? |
Indicates whether work order has been generated for carrying out the plan. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

The login ID of the user who specified the service requirements. |

Created Date |
The date and time at which the service requirements were specified. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the service requirements. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the service requirements were last modified. |

Select the “View List of Requests” link from the bottom of the page to view the details of service requests that have been raised for the plan.
This page allows you to view the service requirements for carrying out a maintenance plan. You can view the service details at the plan level or for every equipment or location that is a part of the plan. The following details of the service details can be viewed:
The line number that uniquely identifies a service requirement
The service code and its variant of a standard service.
The description, of the service whether a standard or a non – standard service
The ad-hoc class to which the non – standard service belongs
The bill of material code
The estimated quantity of service and the unit of measurement.
The quantity of service for which a service request has already been raised.
The estimated cost per unit of the service
The supervisor who is incharge of supervising the service
The duration and the planned completion date of the service.
