Enter the following fields in the “Services” multiline specify services for carrying out the procedure:

Service Code |
The service required for carrying out the procedure (Alphanumeric, 45). Ensure that the service is already defined as an item of type “Service” with its source as “Sub-contract” in “Item Administration” business component “ of Ramco Corporate Solutions” and is in “Active” status. The variant of the service (Alphanumeric, 8). Data entry in this field is mandatory if the service code is defined with more than one variant. The variant must have been defined for the service in the “Item Administration” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions. |

The employee code of supervisor, if the service is to be performed by the supplier under internal supervision (Alphanumeric, 10). Ensure that the supervisor has already defined as an employee in the “Employee Induction” business component of Ramco Human Resources Management Solution and is in “Current” status. |

Preferred Supplier |
The supplier to whom the contract is provided (Alphanumeric, 10). Ensure that the supplier has already been defined in the “Employee Induction” business component of Ramco Human Resources Management Solution and is in “Current” status. Help facility available |

Note: Ensure that the “Service Code – Service Variant – BOM – Preferred Supplier” combination is unique in the mulitline.
The system displays the following field in the multiline:

Name |
The name of the preferred supplier. |
Check the box in the ”Select” column of the multiline, to select the services that you wish to delete from the procedure.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the multiline to delete the selected services from the procedure.
Click the “Save” pushbutton to update the service details for the procedure.
Note: The system updates the modified resource details, adds new services, and deletes services that have been marked for deletion. It also fills in the “Service Description” and “Name” fields in the multiline.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

The login ID of the user who defined the service requirements was defined. |

The date and time on which the service requirements was defined. |

The login ID of the user who last modified the service requirements was defined. |

To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Specify Issue List” link from the bottom of the page to specify the items that may be required carrying out the service.
Select the “Specify Inclusion / Exclusion” link from the bottom of the page to specify the inclusion and exclusion lists for items that are required for carrying out service.
“Create Item” activity in “Item Administration” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions. The Service must have been created in the Item Administration business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions as an item of type “Service” and its source specified as “Sub-contract” .

The unit of measurement of the service.
The estimated quantity of the service that is required for carrying out the preventive maintenance work order.
The cost per unit of utilizing the service.
The supervisor who is incharge of the service.
The name of the supplier who provides the service.
