This page allow you to create standard problem codes by providing a unique code and a description.
Select the “Create Problem Code” link from the left pane.
The “Create Problem Codes” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the multiline:

Problem Code |
A unique identifier for the problem (Alphanumeric, 30). Mandatory. This field can be a combination of alphabets and digits and should not be left blank. |

Press <Enter>. | |

Desc. |
The textual description of the problem (Alphanumeric, 150). |
Check the box in the ”Select” column of the multiline to select the problem codes that you do not wish to create.
Click the Delete icon in the toolbar above the multiline, to delete the selected problem codes.
Click the “Submit” pushbutton to create the problem codes.
Note: The system creates the problem codes and sets the status of the problem codes that are created as “Active”.
