Parent Problem Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the problem code for which you wish to view the child problem codes. The drop-down list box appears blank when the page is launched for the first time, and all the problem codes defined at the first level in the hierarchy are displayed in the multiline. |
Click the "Next" pushbutton to fill the “Parent Problem Code” drop-down list box with the problem codes that are displayed in the multiline. Also, the system automatically lists the child problem codes of the first problem code in the drop-down list box, in the multiline.
Select any problem code in the “Parent Problem Code” drop-down list box to retrieve its child problem codes.
Click the "Previous" pushbutton to fill the “Parent Problem Code” drop-down list box with the problem codes that are in the previous level. Also, the system automatically lists the child problem codes of the first problem code in the drop-down list box, in the multiline.
The system displays the following field:

The level at which the problem codes retrieved in the multiline are defined in the problem code hierarchy. |
