This page allows you to select the equipment or location for maintaining pending jobs list. Tell me more.
Select the “Maintain Pending Jobs List” link under the “EAM Turnaround Maintenance Plan” business component.
The “Select Equipment / Location” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Direct Entry” group box if you know the equipment or location for which you wish to maintain pending jobs list:

Pending Job List On |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to create or modify the pending job list on equipment or location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location. The system displays “Equipment”, by default. |

Code |
The equipment or location for which you wish to maintain pending jobs list (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Click the “Edit Pending Jobs List” link provided alongside, to maintain the pending jobs list.
To search for an equipment or location
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the equipment or location:

Pending Job List On |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to search for equipment or location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location”. Leave the field blank, to retrieve both equipment and location. The system displays “Equipment” by default. |

Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location for which you wish to maintain pending jobs list (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment and locations whose codes are similar to the code entered here. |

Status
|
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the equipment or location. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve equipment or location belonging to both the statuses. The system displays “Active”, by default. |

Desc. |
The description of the equipment or location (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment or locations whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |

Criticality |
The criticality of the equipment or location. The system lists all the criticality that have been defined in the “Define Equipment Criticality” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve equipment irrespective of the criticality. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

The equipment or location retrieved by the system. |

Desc. |
The description of the equipment or location. |

Criticality |
The criticality of the equipment. |

Status |
The status of the equipment or location. |
Click the hyperlinked equipment or location code in the multiline, to maintain its pending jobs list.
Selecting equipment or location for maintaining pending jobs list – An overview
This page allows you to select the equipment or location for maintaining pending jobs list. You can enter the equipment or location directly. Otherwise you can carry out a search based on the equipment or location, its description, its status and its criticality. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the equipment or location for which pending jobs list must be maintained.
