This page allows you to specify the tasks and procedures that must be carried out as a part of the plan. Tell me more.
Select the “Work List” link at the bottom of the main page.
The “Work List” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

The number of the plan for the work list must be specified. |

Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the equipment or location for which tasks and procedures that are to be carried out must be defined. The system fills in this field with all equipment or locations that have been specified as a part of the plan. |

Maintenance On |
Indicates whether the code chosen in the “Code” field refers to equipment or location. |
Plan Type |
The type of the plan. |
Plan Category |
The category of the plan. |
Plan Status |
The status of the plan, which can be “Fresh” or “Confirmed”. |
Plan Sch. Start Date |
The date on which the plan is scheduled to start. |
Est. Duration (Hrs.) |
The number of hours required for carrying out the plan. |
Plan Sch. End Date |
The date on which the plan is scheduled to end. |
Plan Priority |
The priority or level of importance assigned to the plan. |
Calendar |
The calendar based on which the task is performed. |

Sch. Start Date |
The date on which the task is scheduled to start (Date Format). If you leave the field blank, the system sets the date on which the plan is scheduled to start by default. |
Time |
The time at which the task is scheduled to start (Time Format). The system displays “0:00”, by default. |
The system displays the following field:
Sch Compl. Date |
The date on which the task or procedure is scheduled to end. |
Time |
The time at which the task or procedure is scheduled to end. |
Enter the following fields:
Duration |
The number of hours required for carrying out the task or procedure (Decimal). Data entry in this field is mandatory for a non-standard task. Ensure that the duration is positive. If you leave this blank, the system retrieves the duration of the task or the procedure that was specified while creating/editing the task or the procedure. . |
Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the task or procedure (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the work group is already defined in the “Create Work Group” activity of the “Work Group” business component and is in the “Active” status. If you leave the field blank, the system displays by default, the work group that has been defined for the equipment or location. |

Use the drop-down list box to specify the condition of the equipment or location based on which the task must be performed. The system provides the options: “Online”, “Offline” and “Not Applicable”. |

Task Priority |
The priority of the task (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the priority entered here is already defined in the “Define Priority” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component and is in the “Active” status. If you leave the field blank, the system displays by default the priority that has been assigned to the plan. |

The system displays the following field:

Indicates if the task or procedure that must be performed as a part of the plan was included in the pending jobs list or a shutdown task list. |

Indicates if the task is critical or not. The system displays this field only if the plan has been scheduled in the “Schedule Maintenance Plan” activity of the “Maintenance Plan Scheduling” business component. |

The system displays the following fields:

The type of the task or procedure. |

The calendar based on which the task is performed. |
TP Flag |
Indicates whether the work attached to the equipment or location is a task or a procedure. The system displays either “Task” or “Procedure”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the tasks or procedures to be deleted from the plan.
Click the Delete icon in the toolbar above the multiline, to delete the tasks or procedures selected in the multiline.
To save the details of the tasks or procedures
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the details of the tasks or procedures that are specified for the equipment or location as a part of the plan.
The system saves the details of the tasks and procedures to the plan and performs the following:
If any of the tasks/ procedures entered in the multiline has a scheduled start date earlier than the plan start date, or a completion date later than the plan completion date, then the system changes the start and completion dates for the plan accordingly. The system then calculates the duration of the plan as per the new start and end dates.
To delete from the plan, the tasks that are added to the pending jobs list
Check the “Delete Added To Pending Jobs” box if you do not wish to retain the tasks that are added to the pending jobs list, in the plant.
To add tasks to the pending jobs list
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select those tasks that you wish to add to the pending jobs list.
Click the “Add to Pending Jobs” pushbutton to add the selected tasks to the pending jobs list.
The system adds the selected tasks or the tasks of the selected procedures to the pending jobs list.
To create non-standard tasks by combining more than one task.
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the tasks, which you would wish to combine to create a non-standard task.
Enter the following field:

Note: If no tasks are selected in the multiline, the system creates a non-standard task with the description and appends it to the existing work list.
Click the “Create Non Std. Task” pushbutton to create the non-standard task.
The system creates a non-standard task by grouping the tasks that are selected in the multiline. The tasks that are combined are removed from the page and the non-standard task is displayed in the multiline.
To create work orders for carrying out the tasks
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the tasks or procedures for creating work orders.
Note: Ensure that the tasks that are selected in the multiline for creation of work order must be carried out by the same work group.

The description of the work order (Alphanumeric, 150). If you leave this field blank, the system creates the work order with the description that is set in the “Option Settings” activity. |

Click the “Create WO” pushbutton to create a work order for the selected tasks in the multiline.
The system creates a work order for the equipment or location with all the tasks that are selected in the multiline.
On creation of work orders, the system performs the following:
If the plan is already confirmed,

the system creates the work orders in the “Scheduled” status |
|
assigns the “Scheduled” status to the tasks that form part of the work order |
|
assigns the earliest task start date as the scheduled start date of the work order |
|
assigns the latest task completion date as the scheduled completion date of the work order |
|
calculates the difference between the start dates and the completion dates of the work order and assigns it as the work order duration |
|
assigns the work order that is created at the plan level for the apex location as the parent work order |
|
reserves spare parts for the work order if the automatic reservation of spare parts for a work order on scheduling has been set in the “Option Settings” activity of the “WO Planning and Scheduling” business component. |

records the status change of the work order in work order history |
If the plan is not confirmed

the system creates the work orders in the “Fresh” status |

assigns the “Fresh” status to the tasks |
This page allows you to specify the tasks and procedures that must be carried out as a part of the plan. You can specify the tasks and procedures by entering the following details:
The task or the procedure that must be carried out
The scheduled start date and time of task or procedure
The number of hours required for the completion of the task or procedure
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the task or procedure
The condition of the equipment or location while performing the task
The priority of the task or procedure
The calendar based on which the tasks must be performed
Any additional information about the task or procedure being specified for the plan
You can also view the work requests that are raised for the equipment or location and specify the tasks that must be performed to address the work request requirement ,as a part of the plan,.
You can add any task to the pending jobs list if you wish to carry out the task on a future date.
You can group one or more tasks that are trivial and create a non-standard task.
You can group one or more tasks and create work orders for executing the those tasks. .
Add the tasks to pending jobs list
Delete the tasks that have been added to the pending jobs list from the plan
Add the tasks to pending jobs list
You can add the tasks that cannot be performed to the pending jobs list.
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the tasks.
Click the “Add to Pending Jobs” pushbutton to add the selected tasks to the pending jobs list.
Delete the tasks that have been added to the pending jobs list from the plan
You can remove the tasks that have been moved to the pending jobs list from the plan.
Check the “Delete Added To Pending Jobs” box.
You can group one or more tasks and create non-standard tasks.
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the tasks that you wish to group to create a non-standard task.
Enter the description of the non-standard task in the “Task Desc” field.
Click the “Create Non Standard Task” pushbutton to create a non-standard task.
You can group one or more tasks and create work orders for carrying out the tasks.
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the tasks for which you wish to create work orders.
Enter the description of the work order in the “Description” field
Click the “Create WO” pushbutton.
