Creating service requests for the plan

Specify the equipment and locations on which activities must be performed as a part of the plan.

• Go to the “Edit Maintenance Plan” page.

• Specify the equipment and locations on which activities must be carried out as a part of the plan.

Define the work to be performed on each of the equipment/location included in the maintenance plan in terms of tasks and procedures.

You can specify the tasks, procedures and services that must be performed for carrying out the plan.

• Go to the “Work List” page.

• Specify the tasks and procedures that must be carried out as a part of the plan.

Specify the work orders, inspection orders and calibration orders that must be carried out as a part of the plan.

Certain work orders, inspection orders or calibration orders can be performed as a part of the plan.

• Use the “Edit Transactions” page to specify the work orders, inspection orders or calibration ordes that must be performed as a part of the plan.

Create work orders for carrying out the tasks in the plan

You can create work orders for carrying out the plan activities.

• Use the “Edit Maintenance Plan” or “Work List” page to create work orders.

Plan for material required for the execution of the plan

You can plan for the procurement of material that is required for carrying out the plan.

• Use the “Material Planning” page to plan the material that is required for the plan.

View the spare parts available for carrying out the plan

You can view the parts that are required for carrying out the plan as well as the spare parts that are available. Based on the requirement and availability, you can raise purchase requests for the parts that are required.

• Use the “View Part Availability” page to view the spare parts available for the plan.

View the purchase requests that have been raised from the plan

You can also view the details of purchase requests that have been raised for the procurement of spare parts.

•  Use the “View PR Details” page to view the details of the purchase requests that are raised for the procurement of spare parts.

Specify the service requirements of the plan

You can specify the services that must be outsourced for carrying out the plan.

• Use the “Service List For Plan” page to specify the service requirments of the plan.

Specify the list of items that are required for carrying out the service

You can specify the list of items that must be issued for the service requirments.

• Use the “Specify Issue List” page to specify the item list for the service.

Attach item groups to the plan

You can attach item groups to the plan. The items that belong to this group can be issued for this plan’s service requirements.

• Use the “Specify Inclusion/Exclusion” page to attach item groups to the plan.

Define the staggered service schedule for the plan

You can specify the service requirements of the plan for specific dates.

• Use the “Staggered Schedule For Services” page to specify the service requirements of the plan for certain dates.

View the details of the services that are requested for the plan

• Use the “Service Request Reference for Plan” page to view the services that are requested for carrying out the plan.

Creating service requests for the plan

You can view the service requirements of the plan as well as the services that are available. Based on the requirement and availability, you can raise service requests for the services that are required.

• Use the “Aggregate Service Requirements in Plan” page to create service requests for the plan.
