This page allows you to select the maintenance plan for editing. Tell me more.
Select the “Modify Maintenance Plan” link under the “EAM Turnaround Maintenance Plan” business component.
The “Select Maintenance Plan” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Direct Entry” group box if you know the maintenance plan to be modified:

Plan No. |
The number of the plan that must be modified (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Click the “Edit Maintenance Plan” link provided alongside, to edit the maintenance plan.
To search for maintenance plan
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box if you wish to search for the maintenance plan to be modified:

Plan No. |
The number of the plan to be modified (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the plan number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all plans whose plan numbers are similar to the plan number entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the plan (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all plans whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |

Plan Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the plan to be edited. The system provides the options: “Fresh” and “Confirmed”. The system displays “Fresh”, by default. |

Plan Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the plan. The system lists all the plan types that have been defined in the “Define Plan Types” activity and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, if you wish to retrieve plans irrespective of the type. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Plan Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the plan. The system lists all the plan categories that have been defined in the “Define Plan Categories” activity and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, if you wish to retrieve plans irrespective of the category. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the results of the search criteria in the “Search Results” multiline:

The status of the plan, which can be “Fresh” or “Confirmed”. |

Click the hyperlinked plan number in the multiline, to edit the details of the plan.
Selecting maintenance plan for editing – An overview
This page allows you to select the maintenance plan for editing. You can enter the plan directly. Otherwise you can select a plan by carrying out a search based on the plan number, its description, the status of the plan, the type and category of the plan. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the plans that are in the “Fresh” and “Confirmed” status for modification.
