This page allows you to view the details of the purchase requests that have been raised for procuring the spare parts that are required for carrying out the plan. Tell me more.

The “View PR Details” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Plan No.

The number of the plan for which you wish to view the purchase requests that have been raised.

 

The description of the plan is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Sch. Start Date

The date on which the plan is scheduled to start.

Sch. Compl. Date

The date on which the plan is scheduled to end.

Est. Duration (Hrs.)

The number of hours required to carry out the plan.

The system displays the following fields in the “PR Details” multiline:

Item

The spare part for which purchase request has been raised.

Variant

The variant of the spare part.

Desc.

The description of the spare part.

Warehouse

The warehouse of the spare part.

PR No.

The purchase request number.

PR Qty.

The quantity for which purchase request has been raised.

PR Date

The date of the purchase request.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the plan.

Created Date

The date and time at which the plan was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the plan.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the plan was last modified.
