View Maintenance Plan – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the details of the maintenance plan that has already been created. You can select the plan to be viewed in the “Select Maintenance Plan” page. You can view the maintenance plan in the "View Maintenance Plan” page. You can view the list of tasks and procedures that must be carried out as a part of the plan in the “View Work List” page.

You can view the transactions that have been included for carrying out as a part of the plan in the “View Transactions” page. You can view the details of the material planned for the purpose of carrying out the plan in the “View Material Planning” page. You can view the list of parts that are required for carrying out the plan and their availability in the Inventory in the “View Part Availability” page. You can view the details of the purchase requests that have been raised for procuring the material required for the plan in the “View PR Details” page.

You can view the service details that must be performed as a part of the plan in the “View Service Details” page. For more details regarding the viewing of the service details, refer to the topic “View Service Details – A summary of the activity”. You can also view the details of the service requests made for the plan in the “Service Request Reference For Plan” page. You can view the progress of the plan in the “View Plan Progress” page. You can also select a purchase request and view its details in the “View Purchase Request” page.
