Procedure

The procedure for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).

To search for a procedure

Procedure

The procedure for which the details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the procedure in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the procedures that are similar to the values entered here.

Desc.

The description of the procedure to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the procedures whose description is similar to the description entered here.

Status

The status of the procedure to be viewed, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. The system retrieves all the procedures that are in the status specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of procedures irrespective of their status. The system displays “Active” by default.

Procedure Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the procedure to be viewed. The system displays all the types, which are defined in the “Define Task Types” activity. The system retrieves all the procedures whose type is similar to the value specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of all procedures irrespective of their type. The system leaves the field blank by default.

From Date

The date starting from which you wish to retrieve all the procedures that have undergone revisions (Date Format). Leave the field blank if you wish to retrieve all the revisions of the procedures irrespective of the revised date that you are searching for.

To Date

The date until which you wish to retrieve the procedures that have undergone revisions (Date Format) Leave the filed blank to retrieve all the revisions of the procedures that you are searching for.

Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system lists all the revisions of all the procedures in the multiline.

The system fills in the following fields in the ”Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Procedure

The procedure retrieved by the system.

Desc.

The textual description of the procedure.

Type

The type to which the procedure belongs.

Revised On

The date on which the procedure was revised.

Rev. No.

The revision number of the procedure.

Status

View Procedure - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to select the procedure to be viewed. If you are aware of the exact procedure to be viewed, you can directly enter it. Otherwise you can carry out a search based on the procedure description, type and status. You can also carry out a search to retrieve procedures that were revised during a particular period and to retrieve different versions of the same procedure. The results of the search are displayed in the multiline from which you can select the procedure to be viewed.
