Basics of using a Ramco iEnterprise Series 4.0 Web Page

Using Online Help

This page allows you to view the details of the procedure selected in the “Select Procedure” page. Tell me more.

The “View Procedure” page appears.

Procedure

The procedure for which you wish to view the details (Alphanumeric, 30).

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the revision numbers of the procedure entered in this page, in the “Revision No.” drop-down list box. The system retrieves the description of the procedure alongside.

Note: By default, the system retrieves all the tasks that belong to the latest revision of the procedure in the multiline.

Revision No.

Use the drop-down list box to select the revision number of the procedure for which you wish to view the details. The system displays the latest revision number of the procedure by default.

 

Based on the option selected in the “Revision No.” field, the system retrieves the details of the selected revision of the procedure.

Revised On

The date on which the selected revision was exercised on the procedure.

Status

The status of the procedure, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Procedure Type

The type to which the procedure belongs.

Procedure Category

The category to which the procedure belongs.

Est Duration (Hrs.)

The estimated number of hours required to execute the procedure.

User Def. Text

Any other relevant information specified for the procedure.

 

The system fills in the following fields in the “Tasks” multiline:

Task

The task belonging to the procedure.

Desc.

The description of the task.

Task Duration (Hrs.)

The number of hours required to execute  the task.

Eqp. Condition

The condition of the equipment while performing the task. The equipment condition can be “Online”, “Offline” or “Not Applicable”.

 
  • Online - Indicates that the task can be performed on the equipment when the equipment is in operation.

 
  • Offline - Indicates that the task has to be performed on the equipment when the equipment is not in operation or is in “Down” state.

 
  • Not Applicable - Indicates that the task can be performed on equipment either offline or online. It also indicates that the task is performed on a location.

Type

The type to which the task belongs.

Seq. No..

The sequence in which the tasks must be performed.

 

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the procedure.

Created Date

The date and time at which the procedure was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the procedure.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the procedure was last modified.

View Procedure – An overview

View Procedure - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the details of the procedure selected in the “Select Procedure” page. You can also directly enter a procedure in this page and retrieve its details for viewing. You can also view a particular revision of the procedure by specifying the revision number of the procedure. The details of the procedure such as its description, status, type, category, estimated duration and user defined text are displayed. The tasks belonging to the selected procedure are listed in the multiline.
