The “Attach Employees” page appears.

Work Group

The work group to which the employees must be associated (Alphanumeric, 30).

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the description of the work group alongside.

 

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following field:

Status

The status of the work group, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Group Leader

Enter the employee to be identified as the group leader for the work group (Alphanumeric, 10).

 

Help facility available

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the name of the employee alongside.

 

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following fields:

Type

The type to which the work group belongs.

Planning Group

The planning group associated to the work group.

 

The description of the planning group is retrieved alongside.

 

Zoom facility available.

Employee

The employee to be associated to the work group (Alphanumeric, 10). Mandatory. Ensure that the employee has already been defined in the “Employee Information” business component of “Ramco Human Resources Management Solution”.

 

Help facility available.

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the “Name” and “Primary Skill” fields in the multiline.

The system displays the following fields in the  " Employees” multiline:

Name

The name of the employee as defined in the “Employee Personal Information” business component of “Ramco Human Resources Management Solution”.

Primary Skill

The primary skill of the employee as defined in the “Competency" business component of Ramco Human Resources Management Solution.

Remarks

Any additional information pertaining to the association of the employee to the work group (Alphanumeric, 255).

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the work group.

Created Date

The date and time at which work group was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last edited this information.

Last Modified Date

Attach Employees – An overview

Associate Employees - A summary of the activity

You can associate employees to the selected work group for carrying out the maintenance work, and also delete employees that are already associated to the work group. You can associate employees to a work group selected in the previous page. You can also directly enter a work group in this page and associate employees to it. You can select an employee using the help facility provided.

An employee can be chosen as a group leader. The same employee can be a group leader for more than one work group. You are provided with a help facility for retrieving a group leader.
